Why won't my Password work?

Your password is case sensitive. Make sure you do not have caps-lock on and re-type carefully.

Forgotten Username:

Your username will be the email address that you registered with.

Can I access the site from another computer once I am signed up?

Yes. Your username and your password are fully transferable, which means access to this site is not limited to a single computer.

Concurrent logins however are not allowed, so two people cannot use the same login details at the same time.

Registration Number Activation:

If you have already registered and have received a Registration Number to activate your subscription please go the My Account section of the site, you will be prompted to log in first.

If you have not yet registered and have received your Registration Number as part of your subscription pack simply Click Here to register and follow the steps to activate your online subscription.
